The work
I strip away the superfluous to reveal the essential truth of a gesture, a state of being, a moment of human connection.
Emmanuel Okoro is a London-based figurative bronze sculptor of Nigerian heritage, from the Delta Region. His practice bridges West African aesthetic tradition with contemporary, organic minimalism — clean lines, richly patinated surfaces, bold presence.
Working across intimate gallery editions and monumental public commissions, his recurring themes are identity, humanity, legacy and immortality.
